High End Hob

Remember back in high school when we learned about Bunsen burner (penunu Bunsen)?
A blue flame indicates complete burning while a yellow or orange flame indicates an incomplete burning.

So, when I was out shopping for my built-in hob, I specifically asked about the flame colour. At first, I had planned to buy Elba but the salesman convinced me that Tuscani was better. He said Elba was in the category of low-end product while Tuscani was a high-end product. The konon high end product had a jet burner that would ensure blue flames, or so the salesman told me.

The problem with built-in is that you can't easily change it once you find it doesn't function as you had expected. In my case, there were so many orange/yellow flames (incomplete burning) that it not only wasted my gas (because the flames are not as hot as blue flames), but also ruined the back of my expensive non-stick frying pan (because orange/yellow flame leaves a layer of carbon on whatever it is heating)!
If you could see auras, you would have seen me emitting blue flames.
