Missing Malaysia Food...again

My usual spaghetti
Since living here (9 months now), I've been cooking far more than I ever had throughout my six years of marriage. Mostly because there is not much option of buying from restaurants or stalls, unlike when in Malaysia there are a lot of stalls to buy nasi lemak and kuih muih early in the morning or lauk pauk for dinner or lunch, or even specialties like nasi arab (drool).

Mr.H cooks too. Mostly bihun goreng. In winter, it was mostly soups...chicken soups and mutton soups. I wish I could make asam laksa but can't find daub kesum and even fresh fish. Most of the fish here are already processed (de-boned and deep freeze) and packaged.

1st time masak lemak
